Work With Me: The Consultation Process
Step One: Your Strategy Chat
Book a complementary 15 minute strategy chat with me to discuss how I can support you with anything going on for you, what testing we can do, what your goals are and how we can reach them and what treatment options there are.
Step Two: The Initial Consultation
Find 60 minutes of self care time for yourself and book an initial consultation with me via face to face, phone or zoom so we can delve deep into your health history, diet, lifestyle and work towards identifying the root cause of anything happening in your body.
For people who are overall feeling okay and just want to optimise their nutrient intakes, we focus on diet, meal planning and optional extras to enhance your health. You will be provided with a treatment plan and detailed instructions on the next steps at the initial consultation.
Step Three: Be Guided With Support
Follow the recommendations given, I will be in contact along the way to answer any questions and for support. We will do a follow up consultation to go over functional test results, blood work and look at any adjustments or changes to any protocols we have implemented to make sure we are on track to achieving your health goals!
Further follow ups are discussed with clients in one-on-one consults to ensure it is all tailored specifically to your life and health needs.
