High protein cheesecake

A quick and healthy dessert that you can whip up anytime, all you need is 5 minutes for this one! For a thicker texture, leave to set in the fridge for an hour prior to eating.

Healthy high protein choc mousse

Serves: 2

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 0 minutes

Creamy, easy and healthy- my 3 favourite types of dessert to make.

Ingredients :

  • 300g block of silken tofu

  • 100g 70% dark chocolate, melted

  • 2 heaped tsp high quality cocoa powder

  • 2 heaped tsp maple syrup

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional: zest of 1 orange and you can add some extra vanilla or chocolate protein powder if you like (I only added orange and it was delish!)

Method:

1. Simply blend, store in an airtight container and serve with fresh fruits.

Once cooled the mousse will thicken slightly. Keep for up to 7 days in the fridge.
